10 ears fresh corn ( 4 cups frozen or canned)
1 onion, chopped
2 TBS chopped bell pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
6 TBS butter
2 peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape corn from cob, saving all juice. Saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in butter (or bacon grease). Add corn, tomatoes, seasoning, and sugar. Stir and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes.
