4 lb roast
Pepper
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can drained mushrooms
1 can Ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
Pepper the roast and place in Dutch oven. Combine soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, and ginger ale in a bowl. Pour over roast. Cover and cook for 6 hours at 250ºF. Serve over egg noodles.
