1 and 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 large sliced potato
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 slices cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In cold electric fry pan, flatten meat to cover bottom. Layer vegetables starting with cabbage and ending with potato. Pour soup on top and spread to edges. Lay cheese slices over the soup. Cook 30 - 35 minutes at 250-275 degrees.
