1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can French style green beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 small jar pimentos
1 can Leseur peas
1 green pepper, chopped

Drain all vegetables and place in a container with lid. Heat the first six ingredients together until the sugar is dissolved. Pour heated mixture over drained vegetables. Put cover on container and marinate 24 hours. Drain off mixture and serve.
