3 Tbl Unsalted Butter
5 Garlic Cloves, minced
12 Large Shrimp, peeled and deviened
1/4 C. Dry Sherry
1 1/2 Tbl Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 C. chopped Fresh Parsley
2 Tsp. Fresh-grated Lugatelli Cheese
Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
In a large saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring about 3 minutes or until garlic is soft and beginning to take color. Reduce heat to medium-low and saute shrimp, about 1 1/2 minutes or until they just turn pink. Add sherry and lemon juice and continue to cook and stir about 3 or 4 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in parsley, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

Serves 2
Serve over hot rice for with toaste Italian bread.
