1 Tbl Unsalted Butter
2 C. Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
1 Small Clove of Garlic, minced
2 Tbl Pine Nuts
6 oz. Pappardelle Pasta
Salt to taste
1/2 c. Whipping Cream
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
3 Tbl Grated Cheese (Lugatelli)

Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; saute for about 2 minutes. Add pine nuts and cook over low to medium heat for about 2 minutes or until golden.
Meanwhile cook pappardelle in large pot of salted boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain well.
Add cream to mushrooms and simmer for 2 mintues or until slightly thick. Add pappardelle, toss to coat with sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the grated chesse and toss gently. Serve hot.
