3 to 4 lb. Pork Butt Roast or Shoulder
1/2 Stick Butter, Melted
1 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and salt roast.

Cook the Butter, Vinegar, Sugar and Crushed Red Pepper mixture for several minutes on top of the stove.

In a roasting pan add the sauce mixture, then add the Pork Roast (turning on both sides to get the sauce).

Cover and cook at 350º for two (2) to three (3) hours until tender.

Take out roast. Shred meat and add sauce to meat.
