3 c. sugar
3 sticks margarine (regular Parkay)
3 c. cake flour
6 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
Dash of salt
1 t. almond extract
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and cream cheese. Continue creaming adding 1/3 of the sugar at a time. Add almond extract and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time; beat well after each. Add flour (with salt) gradually. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes until tests done witih toothpick.

Mrs. Bius always had several cakes in the freezer and gave away hundreds of them.I sometimes divide the batter into 2 loaf pans-same cooking time.
