6 boneless pork chops (cut at least 1/2" thick)
1 c. Minute Rice (raw)
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. milk
canned mushrooms


Directions:
Directions:
Place chops in sprayed baking dish. Mix together rest of ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover with foil. Remove foil last 1/2 hour. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350º oven.

I usually use 2 cans cream of mushroom and leave the cream of celery out.
I like to add a little more rice and milk becuase my family loves the rice dressing!
You can use regular rice instead of the Minute Rice, but you will probably have to bake it longer.
