Crust: 1 c flour
2 T sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c chopped pecans
Filling: 8 oz cream cheese
1 c cool whip (reserve remaining cool whip to top)
2 small pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees then let cool.
Blend cream cheese & cool whip and pour over crust. Mix pudding mix with milk and pour over cheese mixture. Put remaining cool whip on top & refrigerate.
