1 Box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg and pat into a 9x13 pan. Mix the remaining ingredients, except for the coconut, and pour over the crust. Sprinkle with 1-1 1/2 c. coconut. Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until set.
