2 cups fresh cranberries
> 1 1/2 cups suagr
> 4 Tbsp cornstarch
> 2 Tbsp water
> 2 9" frozen pie shells
> 5-6 cups peeled slices apples
> 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
> 1/2 Tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix cranberries, 1 cup of sugar, 1 Tbsp cornstarch &
water.
> Heat to boiling, boil for 5 mins. Cook 15 mins. Heat over to 425 F,
In
> large bowl, mix apples, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp cornstarch, cinnamon
and nutmeg
> until apples are coated. Stir in cooled cranberry mixture. Spoon
into 1 pie
> crust. Top with second pie crust, seal edge & flute. Cut slits in
top crust.
> Bake 40-50 minutes. After 15-20 minutes of baking, cover crust edge
with
> strips of foil to prevent excessive browning.
