10 to 12 fresh mint leaves
Crushed ice as needed
1/2 fl. oz. Fresh lime juice
1/2 c. Ginger ale
Lime slices for garnish
Mint sprig for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a double old fashion glass, using a wooden spoon, crush the mint leaves about 10 times.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Add the lime juice and ginger ale and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with lime slices and mint sprig.

Can make this drink with white rum. It's called Mojito.....substitute club soda and 2 T. sugar for ginger ale. Add 2oz. white rum.
