1 cut up fryer
1 c. cooking oil
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 clove garlic,chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/3 c. seedless raisins
1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken in oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and pour oil off. Mix all other ingredients in skillet and simmer 10 or 15 minutes. Add a little water if sauce gets too thick. Pour over chicken in cassrole dish. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.
