1 peck peppers (some hot some semi-hot,use red,green & yellow)
6 or 8 sweet bell peppers
6 or 8 sweet onions, 1 qt vinegar
1 qt prepared mustard
2 lb brown sugar
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor grind peppers & onions. Add all ingredients except for flour in a large pot & bring to a boil stirring. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes stirring to prevent sticking. Mix flour with water until smooth. Add to pepper mixture & cook for 10 more minutes. Pack in hot jars & seal.

I sometimes seed the hot peppers to accommodate sensitive palates. This is time consuming and labor intensive. This is good on hot dogs, pork and any number of other foods.
