One 14.5 oz can Delmonte diced new potatoes
1/2 c plain bread crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
2 to 3 T grated parmesan cheese
1/4 to1/2 c half & half
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and place potatoes in a small casserole dish. Pour half & half over potatoes. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Cover with bread crumbs. Drizzle on melted butter. Bake in oven pre-heated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven to broil to brown top.

For seasoning we use 1/2 Cracker girl all Purpose Seasoning instead of the listed seasonings. Panko bread crumbs are good instead of the Plain ones too.
