Chicken and Dressing Recipe

1 8oz. pkg seasoned dressing
4 c. chicken or turkey (cubed)
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. chicken broth
6 eggs (slightly beatened)

Sour Cream Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento

Prepare stuffing as directed on box. Pat into bottom of lightly greased 9x13 pan. Put chicken on top of stuffing. Melt butter and carefully stir in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add broth stirring constantly, and cook until thick. Stir small amt. of sauce into eggs, then add eggs to sauce mixture. Pour over chicken and bake 1 hour at 325. Let set 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Serve with sour cream sauce: Prepare sauce over low heat - combine soup and milk; slowly stir in the sour cream and pimiento.
