Dry ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soda

Wet ingredients:
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1 cup salad oil
2 cups canned pumpkin


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
In mixer, lightly beat eggs, add water, oil and pumpkin and blend on low.
Add dry ingredients slowly and mix by hand with spoon until smooth.
Pour into greased pans. Cook for one hour or longer. Test with knife. Very moist if not over baked.
