Rocky Mountain oysters
Beer
Cornmeal or crushed crackers
Egg/milk batter
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Cocktail sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Clean Rocky Mountain oysters, peel off outer membrane, and slice into 1/2-inch pieces. Soak in beer. Stir eggs together, add a dash or two of milk. Dip oysters in egg/milk batter. Place oysters in large plastic bag with cornmeal or crushed crackers, salt and pepper. Shake bag to coat oysters. Fry in at least 1 inch of medium-hot oil or deep fry. Serve with cocktail sauce if desired.
