5 hard-cooked eggs, chilled
1 c. egg substitute
3 tbsp. fat-free salad dressing
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper

Directions:
Cut the hard-cooked eggs in half and discard yolks. Spray a skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Over medium heat, scramble the egg substitute in the skillet until done. Place the scrambled eggs, salad dressing, horseradish, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a food processor and mix until smooth. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika.
