1 package cabbage slaw mix with carrots
1 12 oz. can corned beef
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can water
2 tsp. chili powder (or more to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything in a large pot and stir.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 to 30
minutes. Serve with cornbread.

quick and easy! It is an adaptation of two
recipes from our mothers,Carrie Rushton and
