Ingredients:  
1 package chopped frozen turnip greens (without the roots)
1 tsp sugar
3 strips bacon
6 c. of water
2 pkgs Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix (not Spring Veg Soup Mix)
1 tsp tabasco
2 cans white, navy beans, drained
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced as thin as you like. (Kielbosa smoked sausage, low fat or turkey...all work well.


Directions:
Directions:
Combine turnips, sugar and bacon and cover
with water and boil 20 to 30 minutes. Remove
bacon.
Add the other ingredients and cook about 30
minutes and of course, serve with cornbread.
