3 lbs. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 sticks butter (6 ounces)
2 small (3 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender, drain peel and slice. Mix together butter and cream cheese beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and next 6 ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 or 40 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts. You may prepare the night before (except for cheese topping) and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before baking.
