"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Restaurant grind black pepper
Salt

Directions:
Liberally salt the butt and then blacken with
restaurant grind black pepper. Wrap in heavy
duty aluminum foil and seal, leaving some
room for juices. Wrap in another strip of the
foil and seal. Wrap in a third piece of the foil
and seal. (It is important to use three pieces of
foil to prevent burning,) Bake at 350º oven for 5
hours. Cool and pull from the bone or slice.
This is for a 10 - 14 pound butt. Smaller ones
would take about 4 hours.
