8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (0.7 oz.) envelope Italian-style dressing mix
1 c. (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an
electric mixer until fluffy; add sour cream and
dressing mix, beating until blended. Reserve
one tablespoon cheddar cheese; stir
remaining cheese into cream cheese mixture.
Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill two hours.
Sprinkle with reserved tablespoon of cheese
and serve with crackers.
