1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/3 c Wesson oil
2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and shake well in covered jar. Shake well before using. Makes 1/2 cup

Chili Dressing:
Add 1/2 tsp sugar and 2 T chili sauce. For greens, meat, or seafood salads.

Fluffy Cream Dressing
Add 2 T lemon juice and 2 tsp sugar to 1/2 c heavy sweet or sour cream. beat until stiff. Add 2 T Wesson Dressing. For fruit, fish, or potato salads.

Honey Dressing
Add 3/4 tsp sugar, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp lemon rind.

Patio Dressing
Add 3/4 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp prepared mustard, 2 tsp grated onion, 2 T catsup, and a few drops of Tabasco. For meat or seafood salads.

Celery Seed Dressing
Add 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp catsup and 1/4 tsp celery seed. Rub 4 butter crackers with garlic and crumble into dressing.

Caesar Salad Dressing
Add 1/4 tsp dry mustard and 1 coddled or raw slightly beaten egg. Serve on tossed greens with crunchy bits of crusty bread.
