1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk with 1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Cups flour
2 Cups Rhubarb (cut into small pieces)

Topping
2/3 Cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F
Grease and flour 9x13 pan
Cream sugar and butter. Add egg and beat well. Add flour, salt, milk and vanilla. Stir in Rhubarb. Spread into pan. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake 45 minutes. Serve warm as is or with whipping cream
