2 T gelatin
1/4 c cold water
4 c tomato juice
1 onion
1/2 c celery
4 cloves
6 peppercorns
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 c lemon juice
cottage cheese
tabasco sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water. Cook next 5 ingredients for 10 minutes, then strain and add to gelatin along with sugar, salt, lemon juice and a few drops of tabasco sauce. Combine, chill and serve with cottage cheese.
