1 lb. ground turkey or lean beef
Pam cooking spray
2 c. sweet onion, diced
28-oz can "Bush's Baked Beans"(orig.with bacon & brown sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9" skillet with Pam. Cook the ground
turkey over medium high until the pink meat
turns light brown, stirring occasionally to break up
meat.
While cooking the turkey meat : Place the diced onions in a 3 to 4 c. size covered microwave bowl and microwave for 5 minutes. Onions should be tender and translucent. Pour the beans (with juice) into the cooked turkey meat. Stir to mix. Mix the onions into the turkey and beans.
On medium-low, heat to desired temperature.
NOTE: Makes a great camping meal- in a 9"
skillet sprayed with Pam, sauté the onions, then add the meat and cook, then add the beans.Pour off grease if using beef) Cook time is 15 minutes
due to using one skillet for all cooking.
