1 can (16-ounce) cherry pie filling
1/2 c. brandy
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Good quality vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a saute' pan over medium heat, heat cherries, butter, and cinnamon. In another small saucepan, heat brandy (it won't flame unless it is heated) do not bring to a boil. Spoon ice cream into goblets. Bring cherry mixture to a boil and pour heated brandy over the warm cherries and ignite. Keep stirring the mixture until the flame goes out. Then divide the mixture over your ice cream and serve warm.
