2 c milk
1 c evaporated milk
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 lbs grated cheese (the sharper the better)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk slowly. Add remaining ingredients and stir continuously until all is melted. Store in refrigerator and use as a topping for vegetables, sandwiches, and as a cheese sauce.
