2 lb. cubed beef
2 lb. cubed pork
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Spray roaster with Pam. Add beef and pork. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef and pork. Bake at 350º for two to three hours -- or until meat falls apart into shreds. Stir occasionally and shred meat with spoon. (This can also be cooked on the stove -- cook over medium heat for at least two hours or until meat shreds.)
