6 Pork Chops
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 c catsup
1/2 c beer

Directions:
Directions:
Sear chops on both sides until brown. Combine sugar, catsup and beer and pour over chops. Reduce heat, cover and cook slowly until tender, at least one hour. If using an electric skillet, use lowest simmering temperature.
