2 c sugar
1 c shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda in 1 c sour milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla & lemon
About 4 c flour

Directions:

Combine ingredients and drop on greased cookie sheet. Flatten and bake at 325º until golden brown around the edges
