Directions:
Remove crust from fresh white bread and cut in long slices, lengthwise of the loaf. Have on hand several sandwich spreads such as cottage cheese mixed with chopped pimentos and a little onion juice; cream cheese mixed with a little parsley; Old English cheese blended with butter and mayonnaise; peanut butter blended with relish. Spread each slice with butter. Then use one filling for three or four inches, then another, etc. Roll as you would a jelly roll, wrap firmly in waxed paper. Then in a cloth just slightly dampened. Set in refrigerator to chill. Just before serving, slice with a very sharp knife. Arrange on plate and garnish with parsley and radish roses.
