1 cup Cabernet
1 cup water
1 - 16 oz.pkg frozen mixed berries
1 orange, thinly sliced
2/3 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill 24 hours. Remove orange, discard. press berry mixture through sieve over a bowl;; discard solids. Combine berry mixture, juice, and sugar in an flat 8" dish, stirring until mixture dissolves. Cover and freeze 45 minutes. Stir berry mixture with a fork every 45 minutes until slushy. When ready to serve, remove berry mixture from freezer and scrape with a fork until fluffy.
