6 C shredded carrots
2 C green onions
Chicken broth
4 Tbsp butter
3/4 tsp fennel
2 Tbsp Grand Marnier
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 6 cups of shredded carrots.

Cook on low heat with finely sliced green onions and chicken broth (barely to cover) until liquid is reduced to nothing.

Stir occasionally, add butter and fennel and mix well.

When ready to serve, stir in Grand Marnier and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Heat thoroughly.
