1 (12 oz) pkg. broccoli slaw mix
1 c. (3.7 oz pkg) sunflower kernels
1/2 c. safflower or canola oil
3 tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. silvered almonds
4 chopped green onions
1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles

Directions:
Mix together slaw, nuts, and onions. Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, and flavor packet from Ramen noodles. Add to slaw mixture. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. About 15 to 20 minutes prior to serving add the uncooked Ramen noodles that have been crushed. The noodles will remain crispy for an hour or two.
