2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage, casings removed, crumbled
1/2 tsp. dried red pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 28-oz. can Italian plum tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 1/2 c. whipped cream
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. bow tie pasta
3 Tbsp. parlsey, minced

Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and red pepper flakes. Cook until sausage is no longer pink, stirring frequently, about 7 minutes. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until onion is tender and sausage is light brown, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes. Add tomatoes, cream, and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens slightly, about 4 minutes.

Cook pasta in large pot of salted water until firm to bit, stirring occasionally. Drain. Bring sauce to simmer. Add pasta and cook until pasta is heated through and sauce thickens, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes. Divide among plates.
