4 - 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups of the flour and yeast; set aside. In a medium saucepan heat and stir milk, the 1/3 c. sugar, the 1/3 c. butter and salt just until warm and butter melts. Add milk to dry mixture with eggs. Beat until mixed. Stir in as much of the remaining flour as possible. Turn dough onto floured surface. Knead in enough flour to make a moderately soft dough that is smooth and elastic. Shape into a ball and place in a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place till double in size.

Punch dough down and turn onto a floured surface. Roll into a rectangle and brush the melted butter on the dough . Combine the 1/2 c. sugar and 3 tbsp of cinnamon and sprinkle over the dough. Roll up, jelly style and seal seam. Slice into even slices and place in greased pans. Cover and let rise until double in size.

After doubling in size, bake in 375 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly and drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
