2 baked potatoes
olive oil, enough to cover pan bottom
Lawry's Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the potatoes in the microwave until they are almost tender; cool. Quarter the potatoes the long way.

Heat olive oil in a saucepan; add potatoes. Season with Lawry's Seasoning salt.

Fry on medium heat until browned. Turn and fry the other side until brown.

It is not necessary to brown the skin side.

I leave the skin on. If you prefer the skin off, peel before baking. These are great with burgers!
