3 c. (6 oz.) medium egg noodles
1 (6.5 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
Chow Mein noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except soup, milk and cheese. Heat soup and milk in saucepan, add cheese and stir until melted. Add to noodle mixture. Put into 2 quart casserole and bake, uncovered at 425 F. for 20 minutes.
Serves 6
