Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 c. of Chirardelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet chocolate chips, divided into 1/4 cup increments
1/2 c. butter
2 large eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans or walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan. In a sauce pan, melt butter and 1/4 cup chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat once melted. Stir in eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Using a wooden spoon, beat lightly until combined. Add in the flour and beat with the wooden spoon until you can no longer distinguish the flour. Add the nuts and the other 1/4 cup chocolate and mix into the mixture. (Don't add the chocolate early or it melts too much and you don't get pockets of chocolate inside the brownie once baked). Spread the batter in the pan and bake at 350º F. for 30 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack, then enjoy!
