4 chicken breasts- cut up
cornstarch
oil
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
1 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the chicken in the cornstarch. Cook in oil over medium heat until browned. While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce. Mix water, sugar, vinegar, catsup, and soy sauce. Remove the chicken from the pan and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake at 375º for 40-50 min.
