1 lb. Broccoli cut into 1" pieces
One 10 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
1 1/2 cups of 1/2 & 1/2 (or whole milk)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 Cups sour cream and parsley for garnish

Simmer broccoli 8 minutes then drain. Put Broccoli and broth in processors and process until smooth. (I do the Broccoli alone first) Return to pot and stir in the milk and seasonings. Heat to simmer but do not boil. Garnish each serving with a dollop of sour cream and parsley.
