Cream Chicken Recipe

1 lb chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
3/4 c chopped mushrooms (chopped in quarters)
1 onion
1/2-1 cup cream
1/2 tsp basil
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Sauté chicken in olive oil until lightly browned, remove from pan.
Sauté for 5 minutes mushrooms and onion.
Put chicken back in pan with vegetables.
Add cream and seasonings.
On low heat, simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

Optional: add broccoli and parmesan or bacon.

Serve over hot rice.
