6 leg quarters or choice of chicken pieces
6-8 boneless pork finger strips
3 links of Veron's Supermarket smoked sausage
2-3 large onions sliced
3 yellow squash sliced into 3/4 pieces
6-10 whole carrots
1 large green pepper sliced into 1/4 pieces
10-12 small new red potatoes
2-8oz. fresh whole mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In a large deep pan, (will create a lot of juice 12" x 16" x 4") slice onions and layer on bottom of pan. Put in extra well seasoned chicken pieces. Add more slices of onion on top of chicken. Put
in well seasoned pork strips. Add more slices of onion on top of pork. Put in 3/4 slices of yellow squash, 1/4 slices of bell pepper, whole carrots, potatoes and whole mushrooms. Cover with foil
and bake at 325º for 2 hours. At the end of 2 hours, add links of sausage and BBQ sauce. Bake for another 1/2 hour.
