1 16 oz bottle salted dry roasted peanuts
1 pkg peanut butter chips
1 c sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
4 c miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Cover with half of the peanuts. Melt butter, milk, and chips in microwave. Stir until smooth. Add marshmallows. Drop evenly on layer of peanuts. Cover with remaining peanuts. Press mixture down lightly.
