2 Cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup fresh frozen blueberries
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix together flour,sugar, baking powder and soda and blueberries. In separate bowl mix buttermilk, oil and eggs. Pour wet ingredient into dry mixture. Quickly mix with fork, until flour disappears. do not over mix. batter should be lumpy. Spoon batter into greased tins (3/4 full). Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp sugar. Bake 25 min until golden. Serve warm
