1 to 2 Arm, English or shoulder roasts. 2 to 4 # ea
1 Package Good season Italian Dressing(dry mix)
1 Can beer
1 jar (8 oz) pepperoni
1 onion sliced(optional.)
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crockpot. Add Italian dry dressing mix, jar of pepperoni, and onion. Pour beer over and let cook all day. Remove any fat and bone and shred meat. Serve on crusty rolls.
